Debbie Kinsey is "an extension of our residents’ energy". That’s how Debbie was described in her nomination form. As a Housekeeper at Brightview Avondell in Maryland, she gets to know the residents on a much different level, as she can often be found in their apartments not only cleaning, but helping with personal tasks and encouraging them to make the most of their day.
