Brightview Greentree Is 2011 ABC Award Of Excellence Winner

Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC), a national non-profit construction trade association announced the 2011 winners of its annual Excellence in Construction Awards. ABC's Awards of Excellence Program is a competition within the construction industry that recognizes outstanding construction projects across the nation.
Berks Ridge Company Enterprises, Inc., headquartered in Harleysville, PA was the recipient of the award for their service as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for Brightview Greentree, an Independent and Assisted Living Senior Community located in Marlton, New Jersey.
Brightview Greentree was awarded the first place Excellence Level in the Residential – Multi Unit over $10 Million category in the 2011 Merit Construction Awards of Excellence competition. Brightview Greentree is owned and operated by Brightview Senior Living of Baltimore, MD. Baltimore based Hord, Coplan, Macht was the architect firm.
James Davis, Senior Project Manager with Berks Ridge said, “An award from ABC is not easily won. This is our first. We certainly share the honor with the owner and architect and are very proud to be recognized.”
