Brightview Avondell Senior Living Community Announced As Finalist For National Design Award

Baltimore based Brightview Senior Living, owner and operator of eight senior living communities in MD, and twenty-three communities across the mid-Atlantic region, along with Baltimore based architecture and landscape firm, Hord Coplan Macht, Inc. (HCM), announced they were selected as an award finalist in the 2012 Best of 50+ Housing Awards competition by the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 50+ Housing Council. Brightview Avondell Independent and Assisted Living community located on West Ring Factory Road in Bel Air, MD was chosen as an award finalist in the Best Common Use Indoor Space category for its Pool Building. This is the second national award Brightview Avondell has won.
NAHB’s 50+ Housing Awards are the industry’s most prestigious national awards program honoring excellence in building, design and marketing of housing for boomers and beyond. The Best of 50+ Housing Awards are viewed by the industry and media as a showcase for innovation, emerging trends and quality housing for the mature demographic. Awards will be presented at the International Builders’ Show on February 9 in Orlando, Florida.
