Brightview Senior Living in East Norriton Opens Model Apartments
East Norriton, PA – Brightview is holding a Wine and Cheese event on Monday, October 8th from 2 to 4 p.m. at 300 East Germantown Pike to celebrate the opening of their model apartments, The Bache – a deluxe studio apartment; The Rittenhouse – a 1 bedroom plus den; and the Montgomery - 2 bedrooms with 1 ½ baths. Built and managed by Brightview Senior Living, a regional senior living company based in Maryland, Brightview will feature Independent and Assisted Living along with the award-winning Wellspring Village for Alzheimer’s residents, all under the same roof.
Invited guests include East Norriton Township officials; Tornetta Realty, the developer of the property which includes restaurants, banks and offices; Mercy Suburban Hospital; Montgomery Hospital; Coldwell Banker - Preferred Moves; and Brightview depositors.
The leased community, scheduled to open mid March, 2008 will have 95 Independent Living apartment homes ranging from comfortable studio to attractive two-bedroom, two bath with den, many with balcony or patio; 52 Assisted Living apartments with a variety of floor plans and a 24- apartment unit Wellspring Village wing for residents with Alzheimer’s and other severe memory impairment, all under one roof.
Brightview will offer residents age 62 and older a vibrant social environment where housekeeping, cooking, transportation, and maintenance are provided by friendly and caring staff members 24 hours a day. Residents will enjoy a Movie Theater, wellness center, hair salon, restaurant dining, pub, billiards room, library and Internet Café along with free local transportation.
