Brightview Senior Living to Hold Ceremonial Ground Breaking at Danvers Site
Danvers, MA —Brightview Senior Living representatives, along with local business leaders and officials will ceremonially break ground on Brightview, a new independent and assisted living community being constructed at 50 Endicott Street in Danvers. The event takes place on Thursday, July 19 at 3 p.m. Among the slated speakers is Robert Bradford, North Shore Bank president and president of The North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
“Because of Brightview’s two very successful acquisitions, New Pond Village in Walpole and Country Club Heights in Woburn, we were eager to expand. The Danvers property marks our first Brightview-constructed community in Massachusetts,” stated Phil Golden, president of Brightview Senior Living.
The lease community will consist of a total of 164 units, including 88 apartments for independent living, 48 apartments for assisted living and 24 apartments in Wellspring Village for Alzheimer’s and dementia care; all under one roof. Brightview has applied for and is currently waiting for certification by the EOEA.
Brightview is scheduled to open in the spring of 2008. The new apartment home community will offer those 62 and better a vibrant social environment where housekeeping, dining, transportation, and maintenance are provided by friendly and caring staff members 24 hours a day.
