The Welcome Center for Brightview Wakefield, Brightview Senior Living’s eighth community in Massachusetts, is now open at 26 Princess Street in historic Wakefield.
“Families tell us they can’t get enough of the Brightview lifestyle so Brightview is expanding,” says Executive Director Mike Reed. “Unparalleled services and amenities await those who chose Brightview Wakefield. We’re excited to become part of the fabric of the community at large.”
The community will feature a total 130 apartment homes for seniors, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a 27-apartment neighborhood dedicated to dementia and Alzheimer’s Care, known as Wellspring Village®.
“In our specially designed Wellspring Village neighborhood, we are able to create joy for residents and their families despite the challenges people living with dementia face,” Mike added.
“We are excited to continue our expansion in the Boston Metro area,” notes Marilynn Duker, Brightview’s President. “We look forward to serving seniors and their families in the area they love,” she added.
Brightview communities are known for offering an engaging social environment with housekeeping, dining, transportation and maintenance provided by a highly trained and caring staff.
Designed to provide caring services and a vibrant lifestyle, plans call for a café, pub, a beauty/ barber salon, movie theater, fitness center, hobby shop and several other amenity spaces.
“We just opened the Welcome Center and people are calling and stopping by every day,” concluded Mike. “People are interested in learning more about Brightview Wakefield and are scheduling appointments to visit.”
Brightview Wakefield is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2018.
