Before joining Brightview, Chef Kathy delighted customers at the Four Seasons and upscale Houston’s restaurants.

The European-trained chef is now focused on providing residents and guests at Brightview Perry Hall, a senior living community in Nottingham, Maryland, exceptional dining experiences.

“With three unique venues at the community, there is something for everyone,” notes Chef Kathy. “Legends Pub, our dining room, and bistro offer residents and their guests many choices – choices of where to eat as well as distinct menu options.”

“I love cooking up my signature French fare and Italian dishes for our theme nights and special occasions. Chicken Cacciatore, Steak Roulade, and wood oven Pizzas and Calzones are a few resident favorites.”

Prior to working at Brightview Perry Hall, Chef Kathy worked at Brightview Towson. Her culinary career spans 27 years.
