Brightview Senior Living Chef Cooking with Resident

Prior to becoming one of our new Regional Dining Services Directors, Stephane was the Dining Services Director at Brightview Severna Park in Maryland. Seared Duck Magret with Raspberry Gastric, Seared Ahi Tuna with Asian Coleslaw, and Garlic white wine sauce with Mussels are a sampling of the delectable cooking demonstrations each month. He is now bringing his amazing culinary talents and management expertise to an entire region.

Throughout our communities, residents are invited to join Chefs for the interactive and even tastier food presentations.

“We are so fortunate to have Stephane,” remarked Betty, who loves attending the community cooking demonstrations. “With each meal, we are on a culinary world tour. The food is really incredible.”

Stephane, a classically-trained French chef, was named Best Apprentice of the Loire department and worked in the finest kitchens in France. He has created unique showpieces for a Presidential Inaugural Ball. He is also a classically trained graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is an expert in old-school Maryland-style traditions.
