Brightview Senior Living’s parent company, The Shelter Group, has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor in the large business category by The Baltimore Sun. The company was also honored as a Top Workplace for Communication.
Based solely on the results of employee feedback surveys administered by Energage, formerly WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement, several other aspects of workplace culture were also measured, including Ethics, Meaningfulness, Benefits, and Direction, to name a few.
In 2016, Shelter/ Brightview was awarded a Top Workplace honor for the Most Ethical Workplace.
