Brightview West End, a luxury retirement community in the heart of Rockville Town Center in Montgomery County, Maryland, opened and welcomed their first residents on October 16th.
“We are so thrilled today,” says Executive Director Tina Aulakh. “The community exceeds our expectations. And, best of all, residents and their families are thrilled with their new home.”
Featuring a total of 198 apartment homes, Brightview West End includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Care, and a specially designed program and environment for people living with dementia and other forms of memory impairment, known as Wellspring Village®.
“Residents living in Wellspring Village® lead full, engaged, and meaningful lives,” Ms. Aulakh added. “Creating joy for seniors and their families is a Brightview hallmark.”
Brightview West End also includes a unique approach to Independent Living with its Gallery Program. Features include the finest and most upgraded apartments and services. Amenities include a private floor, full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, and personalized concierge services.
The service-rich community offers an engaging social environment with housekeeping, dining, transportation, and maintenance provided by a professional and caring staff. Amenity spaces include Cienna restaurant, Mingle Café, Fitzgerald’s Pub, salon and spa, media center, fitness center, and several other social spaces designed to provide a vibrant lifestyle.
Mary-Ann, a resident who chose Brightview West End when it was a construction site, said, “I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life. New opportunities, a new environment, new friendships. I’ll still be me, but will try new things and meet new people. I can’t wait!”
“Like Mary-Ann, we’ve heard from so many residents and their families how excited they are to leave the worries of a house or townhome behind and enjoy the resort-like lifestyle of Brightview,” explains Wendy Papuchis, Community Sales Director. “Plus, Rockville Town Center is within walking distance – dining, shopping, and entertainment are all right here.”
“Residents and their families also tell us they prefer Brightview’s financial model,” adds Wendy’s sales partner, Jayna Stevenson. “There is no large entry fee. All this for an all-inclusive monthly rental fee.”
Hord Coplan Macht, architect, CBG Building Company, and Brightview’s development group teamed up on this distinctive retirement community located at 285 North Washington Street.
