Brightview Grosvenor in Bethesda, MD is a great example of Brightview Senior Living’s Green Building Design Standards in action – it was designed with sustainability and health at top of mind. Over 60% of the community is open space to encourage time in the outdoors, nearly 50% of the plantings are native to reduce water and meet biodiversity needs, and 100% of its electricity was purchased from renewable projects for the first two years of operation. In 2021, the community earned LEED Gold Certification and received numerous awards including the Argentum Senior Living Design Award.
