Brightview Devon is just minutes away from suburban Philadelphia. With shopping centers, shops, banks, parks and restaurants nearby, our residents enjoy living so close to everything. As a suburb of Philadelphia, Devon, PA, has many options for entertainment, restaurants and relaxation.

Brightview Devon is close to Paoli and Bryn Mawr Hospitals, as well as several pharmacies, an urgent care center and physician offices. There are several large shopping centers, including a Whole Foods, ACME Market and Target (coming soon).

For out-of-town relatives, there are several chain hotels conveniently located close by. There are also a variety of churches in the area, including a Catholic church and a Presbyterian church nearby.

TRANSPORTATION & WALKING

Our community bus and driver are happy to take our residents where they need to go. Many of our Independent Living residents choose to keep their car - there's plenty of parking.

Brightview Devon is on the SEPTA’s 106 bus line and close to the Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line. Riders can easily travel to Paoli Hospital, Villanova University, multiple shopping centers, and Bryn Mawr Hospital. The rail station provides access to other trains for traveling into Philadelphia and other nearby areas. 

A third party website, WalkScore.com, evaluates the “walkability” of an area, which measures the pedestrian friendliness based on population density, nearby amenities and other data. On a scale of 100, this site has rated the area surrounding Brightview Devon as a 73, meaning that most errands can be accomplished on foot. 

Many of our Independent Living residents choose to keep their car - there’s plenty of parking - however we also have a shuttle and a driver who is happy to take our residents where they need to go.

Directions from Downtown Philadelphia

From downtown Philadelphia, take I-76 W towards Valley Forge for about 15 miles. At exit 331A, get off on I-476 S toward Chester. Follow for 2.5 miles to exit 13 for US-30 West (Lancaster Avenue). Head west for almost three miles, and turn right on East Conestoga Road (across the street from the Rite Aid and ACME Market). Brightview Devon will be less than half a mile on your right.
