Traveling South from 355: When traveling down 355 South, bear right onto North Washington Street. Pass the Emmes building on the left and as soon as you pass Dawson Avenue guests will pass a Bank of America adjoined to several restaurants on the on the left. Visitors should turn left onto the next driveway that sits between the bank/shops and The Metropolitan Rockville Town Center Apartment Complex. Slightly ahead on the right they’ll see a Shell Gas Station.

Traveling North from 355: When traveling north on 355 it is referred to as Rockville Pike but then turns into Hungerford. Turn left onto Beall Avenue. Then turn right onto N Washington St. Our entrance will be their first right, between the Bank of America and The Metropolitan Rockville Town Center Apartment Complex. Visitors will pass the Shell Gas Station on their left just before they reach our driveway.

Parking

Once you pull in drive around the corner and you will see the entrance to our community. You will also see a garage entrance attached to the bank/shops, which you can enter to access our parking.

Note, we will eventually have several parking spots designated for Sales guests only. To access these, guests should turn left at Dawson Ave., drive past the community and turn right at the corner of our community onto the road that runs between Brightview and Walgreens. Eventually this road will be called Maryland Ave, but it is not labeled as such currently.
